Indigenous Flat Stitch Beading Workshop (8-12 yrs)

Join First Nation and Métis sisters Chantale and Danielle Joly for a fun and interactive Indigenous Beadwork Workshop, where they will explore the history and cultural significance of beadwork in Indigenous communities past and present. Children will learn about traditional tools and techniques before creating their own unique beadwork piece to take home. This hands-on experience is a great way to appreciate Indigenous contributions while developing new skills in a creative and insightful space!
